Please read the below FAQ first before sending an email to us.

We can ship to most countries in the world. If we are unable to ship to your country or there are special provision for shipping to your contry, we will contact you once your order is placed. Please note that Tobacco laws are completely different in each country. There are countries where importation of Cuban goods may be prohibited. Make sure you know the applicable laws pertaining to the purchase and importation of Cuban Cigars from abroad. We do not assume any responsibility for any taxes, delayed shipments or any further inconveniences caused by domestic Customs offices. Please understand that we are not in a position to be fully aware of all regulations pertaining to customs offices all over the world. We assume that each customer is fully aware of the conditions and regulations applied by its domestic customs system. We apply the best practices and methods of shipping to ensure your cigars reach you safely and securely. Once again, if we deem that we cannot provide this assurance, we may not be able to process your order, will inform you accordingly.

At Havana Cigars Limited, shipping is completely FREE on all orders. What you see is what you pay !

We ship via Priority Express Air Mail, usually the shipping times are as follows:

North America: 6 – 10 Business Days
Europe: 4 – 6 Business Days
Asia Pacific: 10 – 20 Business Days
Australia: 14 – 25 Business Days

PLEASE NOTE: These delivery times are based on normal circumstances. Holidays and unforeseen postal delays may impact these times.

We understand that you’re eager to receive your cigars, and we share that sentiment. However, please bear with us as we can’t control the postal system. We suggest checking with your local post office if your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame. If your package does not arrive within 20 business days, we will give you the option to either request a refund or a re-shipment. Please note that if you choose to have the package re-shipped, you will be forfeiting your right to a refund in the event that the re-shipped package does not arrive. If the original package does eventually arrive, you will be charged for both the re-shipment and the original order.

Our delivery guarantee applies when packages fail to reach their destination due to issues with customs or mistakes made by our company. However, this guarantee does not cover situations where the package is not delivered due to customer-related issues such as incorrect or incomplete addresses, theft after delivery, packages marked as “delivered” by tracking, or customers being away during the delivery window. Additionally, the guarantee does not cover re-shipped packages as a replacement for non-delivered orders and there will be no refund in case the replacement package also fails to be delivered. Each case will be evaluated individually and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Please note that claims for the delivery guarantee must be made within 3 months of the shipping date, and claims made after this period will not be accepted.

We take great care in shipping your cigars. To maintain moisture levels during transport, boxes are sealed in shrink-wrap and carefully packed in a cardboard box or padded envelope with foam chips. We have tested this method for years and guarantee your cigars will arrive fresh and in top condition. To further protect your cigars from dryness, we include a Boveda Two-Way Humidity pack in every shipment at no extra cost. We do not remove cigar bands and ship cigars in their original sealed boxes, unless otherwise requested in the order comments section during checkout. Our Satisfaction Guarantee ensures you will be pleased with your purchase from Havana Cigars Limited.

We accept only Visa and American Express credit cards online through our 128-bit SSL encrypted secure ordering page. All of your payment details are safely encrypted end-to-end using the latest SSL encryption technology. HCL does not store any credit card information at all. For larger orders, we also accept Wire Transfers, please contact us if you would like to pay with this method.

You can change and add shipping addresses from your account dashboard. Please sign in and go to the My account section.

You will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to appear in the postal system.

The best way is to track at your country’s postal service website. Usually this information will appear once the shipment has landed in your country.

To ensure the safe delivery of your cigars, we have a weight limit for each shipment. If you place a large or bulky order, it may be delivered in multiple packages. You will be provided with a tracking number for each package.
